1. Who we are
Sona ("sona.video", "we", "us") is operated by Elaion Kitchen Media Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus, at Agiou Nikolaou 1, Office 306, 3025 Limassol, Cyprus.
2. The service
Sona is a web-based subscription video service that publishes a daily curated, ranked selection of cooking videos and a recipe-video archive. Access to the full ranking and archive requires an active trial or paid membership.
3. Free trial
New members may receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership converts to a paid plan and renews automatically.
4. Subscriptions, auto-renewal & cancellation
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the then-current plan price, until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
5. Refunds
In addition to the free trial, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge, as described on the refund page. Statutory withdrawal rights under EU and Cypriot consumer law also apply where relevant.
6. Acceptable use
Membership is for personal, household use. You may not redistribute, rip, or publicly perform the content, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
7. Intellectual property
Videos remain the property of their respective creators and rightsholders; sona curates and presents them under the arrangements described in our content policy.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under German law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Limassol, Cyprus have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
