The free trial

Every new membership starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before it ends, you are never charged — the cleanest way to decide sona isn't for you.

7-day money-back on your first paid charge

If you forget to cancel and your trial converts, you're still covered: we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge. Email [email protected] within 7 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full, no interrogation.

How to request a refund

• Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
• Tell us roughly when you were charged — we'll find the rest.
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within a few business days once processed.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits any mandatory withdrawal or refund rights you have under EU and Cypriot consumer law.
