Designated agent

Send copyright notices to our designated agent at [email protected], or by post to Elaion Kitchen Media Ltd, Agiou Nikolaou 1, Office 306, 3025 Limassol, Cyprus.

What your notice must include

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific URL or location of the material on sona.video.
• Your contact details (name, address, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rightsholder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rightsholder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with equivalent detail. We process notices promptly and remove or restore material as appropriate.
