What we publish
Sona curates cooking and food videos — meal-prep, weeknight dinners, technique, baking, plant-based cooking and related categories — selected for usefulness in a real home kitchen.
Prohibited content
- Content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or promotes harm.
- Sexually explicit material or content harmful to minors.
- Dangerous or unsafe food practices presented without warning.
- Content the submitter does not have the rights to share.
Copyright clearance
We only feature videos where the creator or rightsholder has the right to share them and has agreed to be curated, or where we have a licence to do so. If you believe something here infringes your rights, see our DMCA page.
AI disclosure
Curation is done by a human team. Where any tools assist our editorial workflow, ranking decisions remain human. We do not present AI-generated cooking footage as real human cooking without disclosure.
Creator credit
